Power Dot is one of the fastest-growing operators of charging points for electric vehicles in Europe, and it has recently raised one of the largest funding rounds ever in the electric mobility sector. Having recently secured €150M from Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the largest investment funds in the world, Power Dot is massively expanding its EV charging network across Europe.
Our mission is to promote sustainable progress through infrastructure, and so we invest, install and operate EV chargers with an innovative business model akin to an Infra and Tech scale-up play. We are structured and operate as both an EV charging point operator and an infrastructure investment fund.

As a PM in Power Dot, you will:
Above all, the opportunity to have a great impact on the electric mobility transition by helping Power Dot expand its destination charging network and supporting us in our mission of embedding the charging experience in the EV user's daily life. But also:
- Report to the CPO and work closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Help create and lead the delivery of the product roadmap for multiple partner & eMSP products.
- Lead the ideation, development and launch of innovative product features, drive product development from small features to entirely new products to help increase our network and provide the best UX for partners and EV users.
- Dive into data, form insights, and create product requirements.
- Work hands-on with designers and engineers to implement and build new features that meet our standards of simplicity and quality
- Gain a deep understanding of the e-mobility ecosystem in the different markets where Power Dot operates,
This role presents a great opportunity to bring value to the company, scale internal and customer oriented solutions across a growing and diverse company in different geographies. We are looking for someone with:
- A passion to apply technology and data to change how people move, supporting the EV transition
- +3 years of product management or engineering experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to product development.
- A high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem solving, decision making and leadership.
- The Candidate must be used to working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL and/or other analytical techniques.
We also value:
- Experience in using JIRA and GIT
- Experience in b2b or b2b2c business models.
- An interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued.
