Power Dot invests, installs and operates EV chargers with an innovative business model akin to an Infra and Tech scale-up play. We are structured and operate as both an EV charging point operator and infrastructure investment fund.
With just over two years of operation, we have invested in hundreds of different locations and are now operating a diverse portfolio of shopping malls, large retailers, gas stations, business centers and municipalities. In the future, Power Dot aims to be a reference player in the development of the various verticals and modes of electric mobility (i.e. land, sea and air transport).
Following the success of our operation in Portugal and France and the unique partnership we have developed with Uber in those markets, we are now rapidly expanding across Europe and aim to establish a similar dominant position in Poland by the end of 2021.

Backed by an international diversified investor base and with a robust balance sheet to invest in the growing electric mobility sector, we are looking for a strong individual to lead our expansion in the Polish and wider Eastern Europe market.
The Partnership Developer will have a key role in screening, negotiating and managing new business accounts for Power Dot team in Poland. At the same time, the Partnership Developer will be supported by a central team which is 100% focused in constantly optimizing business development and sales processes to help the individual maximize the success of its efforts.

The Candidate must have a high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit, combined with an enormous capacity of problem solving, decision making and communication skills. The Candidate also must feel comfortable taking fast independent decisions on the spot and is not afraid to conduct an end-to-end sale over a phone call or in a business meeting. A clear passion for sales and business development is key for the Candidate’s success at Power Dot.
The Candidate must have Polish as a mother language or be fluent in both oral and written Polish in order to be able to prepare business documents and conduct meetings in this language. He / she should also be fluent in English.
The Candidate must have professional experience between 2 to 4 years, preferably in similar sales or business development functions at fast growing B2B startups. The Candidate’s academic background is likely from one of the following areas: Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or Marketing.
The Candidate must have an interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility and, although not fundamental, experiences in the area or in a related area are highly valued.
The Candidate must be based in Warsaw or willing/looking to relocate to Warsaw. Given the nature of the role, the Candidate must be available to travel around the country.
